In this study, the management project for the construction of a hospital building at Australia has been described.

The construction of the hospital building project aims at completing the construction work required for the hospital with four story. The project will also deliver the electricity, plumbing and ventilation facility in the hospital building. The construction of the hospital building will be completed within the deadline of two years from the day of starting and within the financial budget of $1,000,000.
The in-scope of the project:
To construct the proposed hospital building;
To select an appropriate site and develop the design for the hospital building;
To provide internal and external renovation of the hospital floors;
The out of scope of the project:
The project will not include the commissioning for the developed hospital;
The project will not arrange the medical facilities for the constructed hospital;
The project will not arrange the medical equipments required for the hospital;
Business Case:
The business case in project management helps in defining the reason for undertaking the particular project (Martinelli and Milosevic 2016). For this particular project, construction of the hospital building helps in proving the residents of Australia a quality and safety environment for medical treatment. In addition to that, the development of the hospital will provide the Devine Construction Limited a significant financial advantage. In addition to that, providing low-cost healthcare services in the hospital will enhance the multi-year return on investment and retention.
Background:
The development of the project background helps in defining the descripting of the activities that will be carried out for the completion of the project (Marcelino-Sádaba et al., 2014).
The project for the hospital building will aim at developing the constriction of the three stories building in the locality. The developed building will be used for proving medical care and support to the patients at a minimal cost.

Resources Required: explain all the below points:
Materials: materials are the resources that are required for the completion of the construction of the hospital (Leach 2014). For this project, the material required were Coarse Aggregate, Water, Glazed Tiles, Fine Aggregate, Marble Chips, Woods, Sand, Bricks, Cement, Steel and earth.
Money: The money is the financial resource require for the project (Heagney 2016). In this project, the tola cost is encountered for $1,000,000. The financial resource will be acquired from Debt Capital and Equity Capital.
Method: the construction project will be followed using waterfall lifecycle methodology.
Manpower: manpower is defined by the human resource available for the construction (Turner 2016). The various manpower in this hospital construction project were Project Manager, Construction Worker, Plumbing Team, Electrical Team, Design Team.
Machine: Machines are the mechanical equipments required for the construction (Martinelli and Milosevic 2016). Concrete Mixers, Block Making Machine, Construction Equipment and others.
cash flow: The project will have a cash outflow of $1,000,000.
Assumptions:
The assumptions in project management are certain events or activities that are anticipated to be true dung the lifecycle of the project (Verzuh 2015).
The construction has to be completed within the budget of $1,000,000;
The installation of the medical equipments will not be implemented within he projects;
The construction will be completed within the allocated schedule of 2 years;
Constraints (limitations):
Limitation are the factors that are certain throughout the project but have significant impact over the project (Kerzner 2013).
The project will be completed within the deadline and allocated financial resource.
