You were introduced to several change management models in Week 1 of this class and we further discussed various models of change in subsequent weeks.  Which ONE OR A COMBINATION of the several change management models discussed in class do you think is best to deal with organizational change forced by the Covid-19 pandemic? To explain your answer, please use examples of change occurring in society or the workplace (either up to three smaller examples or one big one that includes many of the concepts of change). For example: Pick examples of change in society or business caused by the pandemic. Closely examine that change process. Then explain how that change process resembles the theory and models of change that you have been learning in class. Be very specific. Then provide your analysis of why you think the change worked (or maybe did not)
