The proposal is focused towards providing the Endeavour Foundation with an effective asset management strategy. The Endeavour Foundation is a non-profit organization that is facing asset management challenges due to its fund-based financial structure and non-profit orientation. In order to make sure that the organization manages its assets in a well and sustainable way, recommendations have been sought by the organization to allow the organization to grow and expand, while keeping the assets well-managed. As the asset manager, (I) shall provide suggestions on how to effectively manage the assets of the organization.
This report has been prepared for the purpose of providing those recommendations to the organization through a thorough and complete analysis of the risks involved in the process, a suitable stakeholder communication plan and the use of Prince 2 for the purpose of project management, which allows an organization to break large tasks into smaller ones.
