Answer:

PM Leadership
The leadership in project management or PM leadership is extremely vital to lead time that is present in any one method. This type of leadership is executed in any particular time and in any specific project. Project management is important for any project to plan, execute and then close the entire team work. This is required to achieve the various goals or objectives of project and hence the respective success criterion is obtained within certain constraints [7]. However, there is always a challenge that the project objectives are achieved with utmost perfection. The most relevant constraints of any project are budget, time, scope and quality. For this type of perfection, project management leadership is highly required. After properly analyzing and evaluation the case study, two distinct leadership styles are identified for Jim and Bob.
Bob is the senior worker, who is working in a typical firm for about 25 years. Bob has experience and thus he is following an effective leadership style. Although, in current situation, a problem has raised for project execution, and this problem is required to be solved as soon as possible. Bob has taken the decision for sending each and every carpenter to his home for his personal works. Moreover, he even wanted that these carpenters should not be jobless and should work during rainy season [10]. The main reason for this is that the carpenters would be feeling extremely motivated and important and thus would work with more energy. Bob has thus shown proper transformational leadership in this case. However, Bob did not take the consent of Jim for this decision. This is not ethical and is beyond work ethics, since the carpenters would get their payments from the construction costs.
On the other hand, Jim is a new member in the firm and thus he does not have much experience or knowledge about the project management work. When Jim found out that the carpenters are sent for personal works by Bob in his home, he eventually understood that this situation is beyond work ethics and must be stopped at any cost [2]. However, Jim did not undertake any action, rather he decided for talking with Bob and hence showing situational leadership.

PM Execution
Project management execution is the phase where it is properly being executed. The analysis or evaluation of the project progress has proved that the progress of this particular project was not smooth enough. Few faults were present within the plan and thus problems arrived. The project team had the idea regarding the spring as well as winter rains [8]. Hence, it can be said that the project was not well planned. The project management skills were required here to obtain desired outcome. Since, the errors of this project were not eradicated; the only option left out was negotiation in the carpenters’ payment rates. Jim as well as Bob can easily reduce this rate by proper negotiation.
PM Risk Analysis
The first and the foremost risk that should be a part of the project plan was spring as well as winter rains. Any type of furnishing work is usually avoided in the rainy season so that it does not damage the wooden furniture at any cost. Hence, the result is that the carpenters become jobless. These risks should be eventually transferred to any hired contractor and thus the furnishing works could be provided with instalments [5]. The project supervisor could even negotiate about the rates of carpenters’ payments while working in the rainy season. This would result in saving the construction costs of the firm and the carpenters feeling motivated and energized. Moreover, Bob will also not have to engage the carpenters for his personal works and he will not be becoming unethical in work.

Ethics Assessment
An ethical implication is demonstrated here, which is significantly connected in this case study [1]. This particular implication implies that whether this decision to hire the carpenters for any type of personal work is ethical or unethical. This kind of ethics assessment is extremely important for any work place.
This scenario does not include the legal activities since it is not at all legal for utilizing several resources of the specific firm for the personal works. Since, Bob is the most experienced employee, there should not be any such activities [9]. He should have discussed with Jim regarding the decision of appointing the carpenters for Bob’s personal works. Furthermore, it is a highly punishable offence to pay the carpenters from the firm’s construction costs.
According to the code of professional conduct and ethics, the team members of a project need to be absolutely fair and honest in the activities. Jim was not informed earlier by Bob regarding the unethical appointment of carpenters [4]. Thus, this case study has not followed the PMI code of ethics as the resource usage of the firm has not matched with the respective code of ethics and professional code of conduct. Hence, the ethics assessment of Jim and Bob case study is done properly.
Ethics Alternatives
Few significant ethical alternatives or options are present for both Bob and Jim. Regarding Jim, the situation should have been dealt with more seriousness and this activity of involving carpenters in personal work should be reported to the respective higher authorities [2]. The major advantage of this option is that the organizational resources could have been saved and the carpenters will not be suffering anymore and thus this is a disadvantage.
Regarding Bob, he should have appointed the carpenters for any internal work within the firm [6]. The carpenters will feel motivated by this and hence it is the advantage and the exhaustion of construction costs is the demerit.

Ethics Analysis
The negotiation with carpenters to work at an extremely reduced rate and this is a candidate decision. Without assessing the ethical and unethical scenarios, it is not possible to deduce this ethical implication [3]. The specific PMI ethical decision making framework would not provide the permission for utilizing the various organizational resources in any personal work.

Ethics Application
The candidate decision for engaging carpenters is extremely good since they would feel motivated [9]. Furthermore, the firm’s resources are not used for the illegal and unethical purposes.  Hence, ethics would be applied within the scenario.
Ethics Action
Therefore, the specific decision is to engage each and every carpenter in the various project works of the firm as the construction costs are not wasted and the carpenters are motivated [8]. This ethics action will be extremely beneficial for the firm.
