The time from award to start of construction was to be used for mobilisation, please include these details in your planning (Less than 2 weeks).6. The building must be Practically Complete and operational before the client takes possession.7. Client has had an indication from another contractor of a 20 weeks programme schedule to complete the project (excluding all New Zealand public holidays and 2 weeks holidays in Christmax and new year). And the client wants to take possession by no later than Feb11th, 2019.8. Client will obtain Code of Compliance Certificate, which will be after handover and during the 90-day maintenance period. (CCC normally takes 20 days.)9. In order to win the project your company has priced and timed the project tightly and won the contract in a competitive but preferred contractor tender exercise. Company’s estimators believe that the project can return a suitable profit margin if managed correctly with careful attention paid to the construction methodology and resource utilization, particularly labour, materials, andappropriate sub-contractors.
You are required to attempt each of the following three parts for this assignment:

Work Breakdown Structure 
Using Rawlinson’s ‘Definition of Elements

Draw a diagram or write a hierarchical list showing WBS from level 1 (Project) to the deliverables at Level 3. It acceptable to detail the deliverables to Level 4 or Level 5.
Each deliverable should get a unique ID.
The submission shows clearly the WBS on one page

Construction Methodology Report for the hole ProjectPrepare a proposed construction methodology to communicate the work methods and sequence to the client. All headings must be applicable to this particular project only.
Analyse the project and select appropriate methodology, which clearly addresses the issues and specific requirements of H&S, quality and environmental management for example on this project.
Also ensure that the following have been addressed in your submission:

List out the resource requirements to include material, labour and plants/equipment, and other items as appropriate

Create a linked bar chart (Gantt chart) for your construction programme by using MS Project. Use appropriate timescales, showing logical construction sequence; appropriate task overlaps; milestones, all tasks linked showing the critical path(s). Show lead times for appropriate activities.

Construction Methodology Report
Introduction
The role of a project will get increases with the increasing turbulence and chaos in the external market as the focus of an entity lies on managing all the issues faces by an entity. The current project will highlight the project management concepts and the principles used in completing a particular project within a given span of time. The motive of an entity by using a project management is to identify the needs of the client to execute the same in finalizing the current project. This project is all about the construction of a house which requires high quality of the services is to be delivered by a project manager to satisfy the client to get the work in the future from the similar or another client as the capability of the manager reflects in its work. The construction of a hours is a big project which requires the support of all the parties directly or indirectly associated with his project which includes various employees such as an architect, interior designer, columns and beam expert, mason, carpenter, electrician, pipe fitter, tiles supplier, cement supplier, bricks supplier, RCC supplier, labourers and all the workers used in constructing a house. The structural part will get completed in the supervision of an architect and rest part such as interiors of the house will get completed in the guidance of an interior designer which helps in improving the aesthetic beauty of the house.
Project Background
A current project is for the construction of 62 the concourse Henderson is a building whose total area is 4765 m2 comes under the waitakere city council as this territory council will give legal permission to start the working of this building project. The current construction project of the concourse Henderson building is a renovation of an existing site as the area of the existing building is 671m2 and the area of the new building is 1232m2 and 231m2 is for the mezzanine floor. This building also offers an ample of car parking for all its users as this site is open and wider which can be utilized in creating an appropriate place by fulfilling all the specifications as given by the client. The structural plan is created by the midway engineering ltd by following the requirements of its clients as this is the final structured plan after considering all the expectations of all its users. The architectural plan of this building consists of various requirements such as office, managing director’s cabin, kitchen, unisex washroom, pantry, staff room, conference room, lawn, car parking, reception area, factory space and landscape area.
Analyze the project and select project methodology
The purpose of every project is analyzed by comparing the standard requirements of a project with the actual project’s requirements as their motive is to achieve all the goals and the objectives within a given span of time. An entity will follow various analysis criteria’s to evaluate a particular project are given as below:
Checking the requirements of the client- The requirements of the client are assessed by a project manager by identifying the expectations and needs of the client to ensure the overall quality of the project by assessing all the activities incurred in the construction of this project. The requirements of the client are further categorized into various categories that help a project manager in evaluating the performance of a project in comparison to the skills and the expertise of all the personnel who are participating in completing this particular project (Dehdasht, Zin, Keyvanfar & Muhammad, 2018).
Checking standard project requirements- The standard requirement for the construction of this building are mention as below:

Legal permission of the local authority before starting the work as the government will prescribe various standards in completing the current construction project by meeting all the standards.
A quality standard specifies the principles and the standards ensuring the total quality of the services offers by the entire architect in managing the overall construction.
International standards used in constructing a building
Following the instructions of the client as their motive is to the higher expectations and needs of all the clients who are directly associated with the construction of this building.

Visiting the site- Architects, interior designers will visits the site to ensure the completion of all the work to get it completed before the stipulated time period as their motive is to satisfy all the clients by offering all their services to sustain all of them for a longer period of time. When the project manager visits the site they will assess the overall project by taking care about the entire thing such as safety of all the personnel working on the site, liaising with the clients to consider the changes in the requirements of a user.
Taking feedback from the client about the work- Interior designer’s aim is to identify the requirements of all the clients by arranging personal meeting with all of them to identify their requirements to modify the current project as per the client’s requirements otherwise the overall project will get disturbed due to the changes takes places in the existing project. Taking feedback is essential for a project manager to finalize the project by satisfying all its users as without informing the clients about each and every stages and phases of the project will, in turn, leads to the failure of the project.  Feedbacks are taken from the client by sending the copy of all the plans such as presentation plan of the building, elevations of all the walls of the buildings will help a client to get to know about the status of the project which helps an entity in keeping transparent relationships with the client to avoid any kinds of misunderstandings.
Explain logical construction sequence
The logical construction sequence will help in highlighting all the areas to be covered in constructing this building (Durdyev, Ismail & Kandymov,2018). This sequence will emphasise of all the aspects in completing a construction project within a given deadline as the motive of an entity is to satisfy all its users as a project will not get completed when the need of the users of the project will get achieved before the stipulated time period (GONCHAROV, 2018). There are various activities covered in the logical construction project are given as below:
Initial stage- This is regarded as the initial step in the construction of a building which consists of various steps such as identifying the client’s requirements, taking approval of the client all the building construction by preparing AutoCAD drawings, revising the AutoCAD work with the client (Mythily, Valarmathi & Durai, 2018).
Working stage- In this phase, the architects and the designers will visit the site to take the measurements in order to change the AutoCAD plans both the structured and the interior part of the current building. The change is to be proposed by the parties as the concourse Henderson is a renovation of an existing building.
Reviewing stage- This phase involves the assessment of all the work completed by an architect by building the renovated building by following the requirements of a project users and designers improves the interior of the place as per the current requirement of the client are reviewed by comparing the actual work with the standard working requirements of the client which was noted down on prepare to act as a written evidence in case of any discrepancy faces by the parties to the construction (Marzoughi, Arthanari & Askarany, 2018). Competition stage- The completion stage will involve the completion of the renovation of the building by providing all the specifications of the building and this involves not only the structured building par but also consist of the finishing aspect in the building. The finishing aspect of the building will involve tiles, sanitary requirements in the bathrooms, marbles, steel items applied in the building, carpets, mattresses, railings to be applied in the building.
Post-implementation phase- In the post-implementation stage, the satisfaction of the client really matters for a project manager as their aim is to deal with all the issues faces by its clients in the completed work submitted by an entity.

The construction of ‘The concourse Henderson building consists of various kinds of resources to be used in accomplishing all the goals and the objectives especially created by a project manager after analyzing all the requirements of a user by identifying the nature of the building to include various resources mention as below:
Material resources- It includes all kinds of raw materials such as concrete, cement, sand, bricks, steel rods, plaster, paint, wallpapers, tiles, marble, doors, window, grills, railings, handles, electrical equipments, switchboards, chandeliers, curtains, lavatory pan, showers, taps, granite slab for kitchens, chimneys, cooking range, curtain road, fan.
Labour resources- The labours are considering as the previous asset in the construction project which helps in completing the building part such as masonry, carpenter, furniture planner, chairs and table suppliers, electrician, bathroom furnisher, field workers, marble fitter, tiles fitter.
Plants and machinery- machinery used by a project manager in constructing a particular project after analyzing the size and volume of a project as due to which the type of the machinery will get differ (Durdyev, Ihtiyar, Banaitis & Thurnell, 2018). Technology- In this building an entity will uses different kinds of technology such as projector equipped in the conference rooms to arrange meetings, monitors equipped in the office, security system used on all the doors of the office, factory and meeting room to ensure the overall security of this building by disallowing all the extruders to enter into this place without the permission of the client.
Legal resources- before starting this construction project, an architect is required to seek the permission of starting this building from the local authority of the city as without this permission the building will consider as an illegal building which will get banned by the authority as this will not be utilized by an individual (Isa & et.al., 2018).

A project manager will arrange various site requirements while starting the construction of a building are given as below:
Securing the site- This will include various measures to be used by an architect in order to protect the health of the entire project users by emphasising on all the requirements in order to secure the site by following the given requirements mention as below:

Fencing the boundaries of the building and locking the gates to avoid the entry of any extruders on the site.
Dangers signs are equipped on the site to alert all the individuals to safeguard itself from any kinds of danger.
Nets applied on the building boundaries to cover the overall site to avoid the entry of any bird.
24/7 appointment of a security guard on the site toe sure the safety of all the workers working on the site.
Shelter equipped on the site for all the security guard, workers and labourers who are coming from far away locations to focus on the construction work.

It is essential to create a space for storing all the construction pieces of equipment, material to be used in completing a construction project within the given time offer by the external party as the motive of an individual is to deliver the quality oriented services to all its users before the stipulated time period. (Durdyev, Ismail & Kandymov, 2018)
Describe health and safety measures
Health and safety are the two things which consider as the important parameters to be used by a project manager while constructing a building as the safety of all the labourers and the workers who work on the construction site as the aim of an individual is to accomplish its aims and the objectives within a given span of time to ensure the overall quality of all the services offers by an entity to its end client. Some of the safety and health measures used on the construction site are mention as below:
Health measures

The health of the workers and the labourers are regarded as the major point for an entity is to ensure the overall health of all the workers by equipping first aid kit on the site to avoid all the injuries occurred by the workers (Li, Leung & Au, 2018, June).
Medical check-ups arrange by the client to ensure the overall health of all the workers as the motive of an individual is to ensure the health of all the individuals as if any injury occurred by a worker will, in turn, affects the overall productivity of the construction project (Umer, Li, Szeto & Wong, 2018). As if any injury occurred by a worker then an entity have to compensate all the employees to complete the overall construction project.

Safety measures

It includes various safety measures to be adopted by an entity such as safety gears such as helmets, gloves, mask, boots to be used in the mud, safety gearbox. All these safety gears will help an entity in order to ensure the safety of all the workers to improve the productivity of the construction project (Ibrahim, 2018).

Ensure the quality of this project
The quality of all the construction services will helps in ensuring the total quality of the services to be an offer by an entity to satisfy all its end users. The motive of an entity user is to accomplish all the aim and the objectives within a given span of time to achieve all the desired goals and the objectives in a stipulated time period. There are various things to be considered by an entity which are mention as below:
Checking the soil of the place- The surface area is to be checked by an individual as the motive of an entity is to ensure the soil of the surface before excavating the fundamentals of the building (Kench & et.al., 2018). The soil of this place should be appropriate as fertile lands are not suitable for building a project as this should be used for growing crops and vegetation. Barren land is considered for constructing a building as in this way the quality of the service will get improved with the passage of time.
Determine to design of the structure- The designing of the structure is to be determined before the finalization of the building plan to allow the client to make any changes in the plan according to its current requirements (Matemilola, Adedeji & Enoguanbhor, 2018). The motive of an architect is to ensure the total quality of all the services offered by an entity to all its users is essential in satisfying its clients to retain their interest with the entity for a longer period of time. It is mandatory to seek the consent of all the parties’ lies in the external environment by creating an environmental management plan which aims to manage all the environmental objectives created by a project manager to ensure the quality of all the services offers by an individual’s to complete all of them in a given deadline (Masri, 2018, May). In achieving the environment management plan, an entity will focus on various things such as the development of an environmental policy, environmental plan, method statements and work instructions are helpful in meeting all the needs and the higher expectations of the business concern.
The method treatments use by an entity that guides both the users such as the client as well as the project manager in completing the constriction within the given time-frame to satisfy the client. The construction of this building requires the use of various environmental resources which helps in targeting the entire mission and the objectives sets by an entity for the betterment of the firm (Chatterjee, 2018). The objectives are categorized into various categories such as top, medium and lower requirements are created to categorize all the goals and the objectives as per the expectations of its clients.
Conclusion
It is summarized from the project that the quality of the services and health and safety are the two important objectives for an entity in completing the construction of the building before the stipulated time period. By following the above objectives and missions, an entity will help in accomplishing all the goals and the objectives in a stipulated time period as their motive is to ensure the quality of all the services given by an entity to retain the client to get the work from the similar other client based on the current services provided to the client.
