The Project Manager (PM)     
The project manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate documentation of client expectations and the agreed quality project management goals (Beringer, Jonas, and Kock, 2013). The project manager will also be tasked with coordinating the project delivery teams to ensure that set procedures and objectives are executed to meet the required level of quality. Similarly, the project manager will ensure that the client endorses the set quality objectives that are included in this plan. Moreover, the project manager will develop a good working relationship and understanding with the clients to ensure the provision of quality services. In general, the project manager will monitor the implementation of all quality management procedures and review project deliverables among other important project activities. The individual will also monitor and coordinate ongoing project activities and report the performance of every project stakeholder to the senior management.       
Site Inspector
The site inspector will directly report to the quality control officer and is responsible for maintaining and execution of this quality plan (Beringer, Jonas, and Kock, 2013). The individual will review various on-going site activities and certify certain construction activities as shall be sanctioned by the quality assurance manager.      
The project delivery team (PDT)      
The PDT will be responsible for ensuring a comprehensive delivery of a quality project to the client (Beringer, Jonas, and Kock, 2013). The PDT will also ensure client’s quality objectives are visibly expressed, and that the client clearly comprehends the vital standards, legislations and codes that must be included in the project.
Project resource provider
The individual will be responsible for mentoring the project delivery team members to ensure compliance with the stipulated quality desires.
